Jackie Celine Luiji is the reining Miss Uganda West Nile 2023 after emerging as the winner in the regional auditions for Miss Uganda 2023. She was crowned on Saturday 14th January 2023.
Jackie Celine is a Psychologist by profession, a graduate of Makerere University Kampala. She is an architect with Joadah Consult in Entebbe. She is also an entrepreneur and a crochet designer, the founder, and CEO of Celine Crochet, a clothing brand specializing in handmade crochet pieces.
Being the winner of Miss Uganda West Nile automatically makes Jackie Celine the Miss Uganda finalist representing the West Nile Region in the 2023 race.
