Fresh Kid and his management paid a visit to minister Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi to iron out issues and reach an understanding.
Fresh Kid who was in company of his parents and the manager went to the Ministry of Gender to see Hon. Nakiwala Kiying. On arrival, the youngster caused a short trafic freeze at the entrance of the ministry. He was followed by boda bodas and many people stopped to watch him soon as he came out of the car.
Inside the office, he was welcomed by the minister herself with 10s of journalist following the youngster. The mister greeted Fresh Kid and aked him some questions, including where he goes to school.
The meeting was also attended by the permanent secretary ministry of gender, Pius Bigirimana, who advised the advised the youngster’s team and parents to figure out a way to keep him in school as well as develop his talent. Mr Bigirimana also advised Fresh Kid’s father, Paul Muatabaazi, to stop having children if he doesn’t have means to look after them.
At the end, the minister decided that Fresh Kid would pursue his talent as well as stay in school. The manager was tasked with making sure that the music and school time doesn’t collide.
