Fresh Kid is very optimistic and confident he will win his first international award. He was nominated in the Carolina Music Video Awards in the USA.
The young rapper, during an interview, said that even though he has never been on a plane or left Uganda, he is sure he will bring the award. Fresh Kid also called upon his fans and all Ugandans to vote for him and spread the news.
The Carolina Music Video Awards (CMVA) are held annually in the US state of North Carolina. They are aimed at offering worldwide recognition to artists who deserve to be honored for not only their creative works.
Other Ugandans nominated in CMVA include Lydia Jazmine, Feffe Busi and Ykee Benda.
The awards will be held on July 20, 2019 in Charlotte, Noth Carolina, United States of America.
