The famous international reality TV show has come to East Africa too and its called East Africa’s Got Talent. Time for East Africans to showcase.
The show will seek to recognize talent from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda. Talents will include singing, dancing, comedy, magic and any other outstanding talents.
Kenyan based company Clouds Media International is the owner of the show with License from Simon Conwell’s Syco Entertainment.
The East Africa’s Got Talent show will be hosted by Ugandan comedian Anne Kansiime and will to Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and the finals to be held in Kenya. The show will be televised accross east African TV stations and worldwide through partner TV cahnnes.
How To Audition For East Africa’s Got Talent
The East Africa’s Got Talent will have ‘producer’s auditions’ in all the four East African countries. Their will be 30 competitors from each country who will be selected from the auditions. A total of 120 competitors will go to Nairobi for the final competition.
Whats the Top Prize For East Africa’s Got Talent Winner?
The ultimate prize is USD $50,000 which will go to the winning individual or group. Competition will be in elimination stages and the last standing group or individual will be the winner.
Who Are The Judges For East Africa’s Got Talent?
East Africa’s Got Talent will have four Judges, one from each country (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda).
